Fans of the series “The Lying Game” and “Pretty Little Liars” should be jumping in joy tonight with the mid season premieres of these series respectively. Starting at 8pm est tonight is the season 1.5 premier of “The Lying Game” followed of course by the season 2.5 premiere of “Pretty Little Liars” at 9pm est. No matter which show you are a fan of, both are set to be filled with the storytelling and intense drama that have garnered both of these t.v. shows much success. So make sure you tune in to ABC Family, set your DVR, and be prepared for a great night filled with mystery and drama.

Will 2012 be the Year for Lebron?
All of Blended Entertainment’s posts so far today have been related to either a break-up or an engagement. This next one has to do with the man who calls himself “King James”. Lebron James has done something that his naysayers, or anyone for that matter thought he’d never do. In celebration for the New Years, and a belated birthday bash hosted by his teammate Dwayne Wade, Lebron proposed to the mother of his two children. There were about 60 close friends and family members at the party including Dwayne Wade’s girlfriend, Gabrielle Union and Miami Heat teammate Chris Bosh. With Lebron focusing on repairing his image since the debacle his team suffered last season, will 2012 be the year he finally wins a championship? No matter what happens this year in the NBA, he now in a position where he can everlasting union with his Fiance Savannah Brinson. Good luck Lebron and may 2012 be a successful year.
The Queen of Soul is Engaged
I want to extend my congratulations to the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin and her soon to be husband, longtime friend William Wilkerson. They are set to tie the knot sometime this summer so I would like to congratulate them both.
Russell Brand and Katy Perry Over?
Happy New Years everyone! Hope you all enjoyed ringing it in. Time to catch up on some things as we enter the New Years. I also extend this wish to the two great entertainers I’ll be mentioning. Russell Brand and Katy Perry ended 2011 with the announcement of a divorce. What we do know is that Russell filed for divorce on the final Friday of the year for irreconcilable differences. I didn’t expect a divorce to happen between these two, never mind so soon as they only have been married for 14 months but nothing is perfect. The beautiful singer and Mr.Brand began dating in 2009 and had an amazing wedding ceremony in India in October of 2010. Currently, they are in separate countries but I do wish them the right to their privacy for both to clear their heads.
The Hobbit Trailer
Just a few days I uploaded the trailer for The Dark Knight Rises and what an enticing trailer it was. A couple of days ago saw the release of the trailer for The Hobbit. If you appreciated the art and story telling of the Lord of the Rings franchise, then you must go to the very beginning starting with the story of Bilbo Baggins. The Hobbit is in theaters December 14th 2012.
