Rampage ft Dwayne Johnson

While staying on topic with movies set to be released in 2018, this next trailer is based off the 1980’s classic Midway arcade game. Rampage follows Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in the leading role as a primatologist whose world is going to literally turn upside down in this action monster disaster movie. The film also stars Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman, Joe Manganiello, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Rampage will hit theaters in North America on April 20th, 2018.

The trailer for the latest addition to the Star Wars Saga and direct sequel to the Force Awakens has arrived. In terms of Canon,The Last Jedi picks up immediately where The Force Awakens left off. Thor: Ragnarok Trailer

Although the trailer for the upcoming movie about the Asgardian Prince has been out for a couple of days, that doesn’t diminish how awesome this trailer is. This installment in the MCU and Thor Universe is going to be an exciting one for sure. The tone of this film will be completely different and really show off Chris Hemsworth’s comedic chops. Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, and Anthony Hopkins return as Loki, Heimdall, and Odin respectively. Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer

One thing I love are movies based off comic books, and this time it is chapter 3 in the “let’s see who is the best version of Spider-Man”. The young actor, Tom Holland will be the third actor to portray our favorite webslinger in the past 10 years. This incarnation of Spider-Man is sure to be the best one yet. This film will include other heroes such as Iron Man and Ant-ManSpider-Man: Homecoming is the webslinger’s first feature film since being tied into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Make sure to check it out in theaters on July 7.

Captain America: Civil War Official Trailer

“The Civil War begins”

With a bunch of characters giving us the feel of another “Avengers” type of film, Captain America: Civil War pits Captain America and Iron Man on two separate sides of the Superhero Registration Act. I recommend that you guys not only read the Civil War comic series, but also check out the video game, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. Although this game came out back in 2009, it allows you to eventually play out this major “politically” based storyline. The memories I have of that game are fantastic! The epic film releases May 6, 2016. Check out the official trailer.

Will Smith’s “Concussion” Movie Trailer

As if the NFL and Roger Goodell didn’t already have enough issues to deal with. “Concussion”, starring Will Smith, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Luke Wilson,  and Alec Baldwin is based off the 2009 GQ article, Game Brain. Head injuries will once again be at the forefront of the NFL as this film gets closer to its’ release date. The film will tell the story of Dr. Bennet Omalu (Will Smith) who discovers CTE in the brains of some NFL players, which later has life-ending effects. Roger Goodell and the NFL will receive a gift not anticipated as this film releases right on Christmas Day.
